Allix is a hard working mother and is very busy but still wants to lead a fit and healthy life. This is why I have built a 15min workout, that she can do once or twice a day, every other day. The main areas she wants to work on, are her core strength and fitness level.

To use this program I suggest, as a warm-up that you practice each exercise first. When you are ready to go, perform each exercise once for 1min each. Make sure you count your repetitions and log it!
