*dumbbell pull overs....... *alternative exercise for home training instead of the bend rows for office training 8 Reps | 14 Kg | 3 Sets
dumbbell bench press 10 Reps | 25 Kg | 3 Sets
*dumbbell bench press 12 Reps | 21 Kg | 3 Sets
dumbbell triceps bench press 9 Reps | 16 Kg | 3 Sets
standing shoulder press 8 Reps | 20 Kg | 3 Sets
dumbbell biceps curls with a twist 8 Reps | 16 Kg | 3 Sets
seated bent flies 8 Reps | 16 Kg | 3 Sets
