Welcome to my 15 minutes Online Home Workout. It's a circuit based workout which you can do from home. You can even reduce the time to 7 minutes or increase it to 30 minutes depending on your time restraints. This allows you an incredible flexibility, no more excuses :-) Please perform each exercise once and then repeat the cycle. Don't forget to count the repetitions, log them and then try to beat the number next time you are using this workout. Please contact me if you need any help advice or alternative exercises.
