I designed this program for my very good friend and client Andrea, who would like to lose a little bit of weight but more importantly wants to stay fit and healthy. As a warm up I suggest you practice the individual exercise slowly and controlled. This is a circuit based program, so execute each exercise in order and then repeat the cycle.
